Wildside Law AB is a company based in Stockholm, Sweden, specialized in offering independent legal services to artists, songwriters, producers, record labels, broadcasting companies and other clients, both individuals and businesses, within the music, media and entertainment sector. This includes advice on specific contractual matters, drafting, reviewing and negotiating agreements, but also provide service and advice to clients concerning trademark, copyright and corporate matters relevant to their business.
Mats Hidegard is the founder and owner
He represents artists both internationally and nationally. He has through his years at Sony Music Entertainment Sweden and the years at Wildside Law worked with clients in every genre of the music business, such as Kygo, Alan Walker, KENT, Scarlet, Mister Misery, Mustasch, In Flames, Bo Kaspers Orkester and similar.
Mats also assumes an advisory role for companies active nationally and internationally in the entertainment industry. These range from the record and publishing company BGM Rights Management (Scandinavia) AB to other companies and managements in the entertainment business.
